Seeking a technical BA with exposure to AWS cloud migration:
- Act as primary Business Analyst for a major upgrade and AWS re-platform project
- Assist with definition of initiatives and features.
- Create product artefacts such as user stories, user journeys, wire-frames etc.
- Facilitate refinement and decomposition of new capabilities and functionality at various levels.
- Assist the myID Product Owner with maintenance of the product backlog
- Identify and understand solution options, risks, dependencies and assumptions
- Create user help and FAQ guides for end-users and support team
- Provide direction to developers and testers for delivery of new functionality
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality via training and showcases
- Collaborate with business users and technology partners at all levels
