The purpose of this role is to liaise between the business representatives within the organisation and te technical staff along with the vendors to engage, gather and to document user requirements.
- Experience with data transformations
- Web Services knowledge (e.g. Restful Services)
- Knowledge in SQL.
Day to day activities will involve:
- Requirements gathering (technical/business)
- Data mapping between applications
- Providing technical assistance with vendors
- Ability to analyse and perform a deep dive into an issue to identify root cause to potentially fix or to flag with vendors to fix.
