About the role
As Technical Business Analyst you will be working within the performance insights team where you will be working on new business initiatives including system implementation and performance insights to improve decision making. You will deliver reports, analyse information, develop technical solutions and deliver system and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Document functional specifications and business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and document detailed business, data and reporting requirements
  • Document, collate and validate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Accountable for Reporting inventory
  • Develop system and process improvements to facilitate the rollout of a system
  • Consult with teams to ensure that the business requirements are complete
  • Identify gaps in expectations
  • Work with technical resources to develop or enhance reports, dashboard and systems
  • Deliver business benefit and usability

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst
  • Must have system implementation and enhancement experience
  • High level technical analysis and report writing skills
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management skills
  • experience around process and system enhancement and reporting
  • Experience with producing high quality reports to meet business information requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing processes and systems
  • Ability to Conduct workshops
  • Ability to articulate improvements to systems and processes to the business
  • Experience with Application Design (Usability)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experienced in Systems development projects
