Our client, one of the big 4 bank in Australia is looking for an experienced Technical BA to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions.
Skills & Experience:'
- Prior experience as Technical BA within large complex environment
- Highly independent, with the ability to work constructively with teams and senior management.
- The ability to define and document target state models, business processes, business requirements and end-to-end test scenarios are essential to the role.
- Solid experience conducting process mapping exercises and business process optimisation
- Understanding of agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Strong documentation experience
- Strong documentation experience
- Experience managing conflicting priorities from different stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Agile project experience and knowledge of Jira and Confluence will be highly regarded.
