This role will see you working within Retail Banking on the Consumer Credit Insurance program. You will be part of a small 3 person team. Our client requires a BA who can come in and help remediate the issues they are now faced with. These 3 offerings are no longer available but they need to remediate what were previously sold to customers:
- Home Loan Protection
- Personal Loan Protection
- Credit Card Protection
These are issues due to mis selling/sold to customers who were ineligible. Need to calculate the payment amounts and need to acquire the data to do this. They also need to use the data to identify the customers.
Although there is a focus on Data, the BA skills are highly important. You will work closely with stakeholders and help with the decision making. This team works closely with some of the Big 4 consultancies and therefore you will also be communicating with them.
- Standard BA skills, strong with data
- Good communication/stakeholder management ability
- Remediation experience
- RBS experience
- Loans, credit cards, product experiecne would be nice to have
