Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver configuration or recommend process changes to meet operational requirements
  • Maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Become technically conversant with the application offerings

Support:

  • CAD application administration
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support
  • Timely and efficient resolution of incidents and tasks assigned by customer.
  • Fault resolution and change management to agreed change control procedures and managing the release and testing processes
  • On call responsibilities as part of a roster


Building your own path to success:

Key skills / experience:

  • 5 years' experience in customer facing technical Business Analyst with a support background.
  • Strong application support and systems analysis background.
  • Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) or emergency services experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Experience with mobility solutions highly regarded but not essential
