Technical Architect/ Developer
Immediate Requirement for a Technical Architect/ Developer for an initial 6-month contract with this award-winning cloud services organisation based in the CBD.
Requirements
- Experience in building stored procedures, reports, and data extracts. Command of SSRS and SSIS, performance optimization techniques, foundations of data architecture, qualities and integration
- Understand solution architecture documents and validate with the solutions architecture team
- Experience working with complex and optimized T-SQL
- Proficient developing SQL and experience with a RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle or Netezza
- Proficient with HTML, XML, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs
- Understanding of standard coding practices including Separation of Concerns, Object Oriented principles and exception handling
- Experience with other client-side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, JQuery
- Experience with server-side programming languages such as JAVA, PHP, Ruby, C#, VB.NET, Python
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
Preferred
- Familiarity with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management, POS/eCommerce, or Web Analytics
- Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, data encryption algorithms
- Experience implementing solutions with e-mail tools like Exact Target, Campaign Monitor, Adobe Campaign etc.
- Marketing Cloud experience would be a big bonus.
