Our client is seeking a SAP Technical Architect to develop, optimize and oversee the ERP Platform technical architecture conceptual and logical solution design. This will be a key role in the ERP Digital Program to support the key outcomes of the program, reporting to the ERP Program Architect and will be responsible for defining the broader roadmap across the SAP Application stack, evaluating technologies and products, determining and enforcing standards, architecting the models to be used to exchange control and data among various components, too enable business outcomes.
Primary skills of the role include:
- Minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in Technology Architecture within the domains application architecture, information architecture and security architecture.
- In depth knowledge of SAP capabilities and technologies within BASIS, authentication and authorisation, ABAP development, Netweaver development, across the SAP product domain on premise, PaaS, and SaaS.
- In depth knowledge and experience in Application Lifecycle Management aligned to ITIL 4 framework, enabled through SAP Solution Manager.
- Experience in developing SAP Environment and Landscape topologies.
- Experience with deployment of SAP products on Microsoft Azure iPaaS.
- In depth knowledge of Security and authentication protocols utilising Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with Identify and Access Management solutions and technologies across the SAP Domain and Microsoft Azure Platform.
- Experience with Networks and Hardware Infrastructure components.
- Detailed knowledge on application interoperability.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines on projects.
- Familiarity with TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Framework and the ability to develop and document architecture artefacts to represent different stakeholder viewpoints across all architecture domains, Busines, Information Systems, Data, and Technology.
- Ability to develop strategies, roadmaps and transition architectures using a light touch EA approach to assist program needs in a quick and timely manner.
- Demonstrated experience operating at the Enterprise level within a complex ICT environment.
