Our client, is looking for an experienced Application Analyst to join their team during an exciting period of growth.
About the role:
This role will have a strong focus on ensuring incidents are closed appropriately by engaging with various vendors, whilst a portion of the role will be setting up processes and facilitating process improvements.
Skills and Experience:
- Expert user of Kanban, in Jira and ServiceNow.
- Strong Experience managing incidents, prioritising competing issues
- Technical code experience
- Working in an API, web and AWS environment.
- Experience in a medium sized organisation, or start ups highly advantageous
