A Leading banking client is in need of a Project or Team Assistant for initial 6 months in Sydney CBD with WFH option.
The Successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Hiring Manager and a couple of managers.
- Ensuring contract are up-to-date
- Following up on the training activities
- Managing of diaries/schedules
- Has at least 2 years working as a Project or team assistant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Extensive experience in managing schedules
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Exposure to MS Teams
