About the Company: Our client is a leading banking organization.
About the role: This is a 3-month contract with a hyrbrid working arrangement; Tuesdays & Thursdays in office. The client is looking for an immediate start with interviews lined up next week.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated expereince working as a tableau guru to build a dashboard for a ren review dashboard
- Used by heads of HR and GM's --> drill into specific population, key trends and then goes to GEs for approva
- Follow the plan for the dashboard already in place
- Know data sources dashboard will link into
- Proficient at Excel and build reports for excel data sets
- Will have prior year versions to work off
Skills and experience:
- Proficient with Tableau, excel & Power BI
- Good stakeholder management & presentation skills
Competencies:
- Stakeholder management skills
- Presentation & good communication skills
- Attention to detail and open to constructive feedback
