About the Role:
Our client is implementing a new rostering system. You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager and Change Lead, you will provide 'hands on' training and support to ensure teams have the skills and capability required to operate effectively when RailCube goes live.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training strategies and plans to support the implementation of RailCube
- Work with Business Analysts and project team members to develop learning collateral
- Manage the scheduling and logistics for training delivery.
- Deliver training to impacted teams.
- Assess learning effectiveness
Skills and Experience:
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience managing, developing & delivering systems-based training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in rail or utilities highly regarded.
