- Design, development and delivery of business process transformation and functional system training, enabled by SAP
- Experience in energy sector with and understanding of operations and network management
- Identifying, developing and designing learning paths that meet and cater for the needs of a varied audience
- Experience consulting with a variety of stakeholders
