As part of the Support and Patch Distribution team you will provide high level technical support and solutions.
- The role includes 24x7 Rostered Pager Support.
- Provide technical standards and solutions to meet business needs within technical area of expertise.
- Develop detailed technical designs to satisfy business requirements
- Perform aspects of implementation and support of infrastructure across the organisation
- Provide technical expertise and advice as appropriate to the organisation on Microsoft Product Suites, Server and Client Infrastructure, Security protocols, Mobile Devices and Vendor Support.
- Competent Powershell scripting is desirable.
- Relevant technical experience in a IT Development or Support role or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated technical understanding of relevant technologies such as Windows Operating Systems, SCCM, and SCOM.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-based computing infrastructure in a large scale, complex and distributed business environment
- Demonstrated understanding of DRP and security issues
