Your New Role
The Systems Administrator role is to provide ongoing support for our Client's IT Systems.
- Under the direction of the IT Systems Manager provide a systems administration service which includes system design, configuration and upgrade, capacity planning, performance analysis and tuning of servers and systems for our Client
- Perform efficient administration of servers and systems at Data Centres and sites
- Develop and Maintain our Client's IT infrastructure through a mixture of operational and project work
- Perform daily administration requirements, including monitoring system performance, and ensuring successful backup procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of Disaster Recovery Planning
You Bring to the Role
- Must have a minimum 5 years operational experience supporting large Microsoft / VMware environments
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid experience implementing and managing Windows 2008R2 through to 2016R2
- Proven experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services
- Good understanding and appreciation of information security concepts and standards
