Job Description
Our client is looking for a Support analyst in one their site in Wyong.
You will be the main point of contact for end user IT support and IT problem resolution at our Client's site in Wyong.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- PC/Laptop Hardware build, problem diagnosis and resolution
- Support site LAN end user network connectivity
- Ensure reliable operation of hardware and general site infrastructure
- General IT Troubleshooting and assistance as required on site
- IT Activity Management
The successful applicant must have a current driver's license, willingness to travel ad-hoc to Asquith and Sydney sites.
