Our Client:
Our client has established a dominant presence within the Banking and Finance Industry, they are currently seeking a Supplier Governance Analyst to join on an Initial 6-month Contract.
About the role
You would be working with a team who are responsible for:
- TSA change requests
- Commercial requirements
- Administration
- TSA compliance
- Programme interactions
- Oversight of the legal agreements and the Transitional Services Governance Forums
To be successful for the role, you would ideally have:
- Previous experience in a governance team looking after either divestments or acquisitions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous commercial or legal experience
- Strong Secretariat skills up to C-Suit level
- Articulate and able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner
- Proven collaborative approach; openly shares information and receptive to the ideas of others
- Develops and maintains a broad perspective; understands and considers issues in the context of the request, the customer, and business strategy
- An understanding of governance, program, change, risk and assurance processes
