This reputable organization is seeking a passionate and technically focused SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Senior Consultant is responsible for working with customers to define and continuously improve their future Recruitment and Onboarding business processes leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding as the technology of choice. The client is open minded to industry experience as long as you have enterprise experience, a strong aptitude and a great attitude!
Key functions of the role are:
- You lead clients to understand their needs and aspirations for Recruitment and Onboarding processes, understand the nature of their businesses and drive defining solutions using SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.
- You are responsible for process analysis and provide leading practice to define future HR processes.
- You demonstrate deep expertise of SAP SuccessFactors, not only for Recruitment and Onboarding but as well for integration to Core HR applications.
- You assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solution with clients how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements.
- You work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement.
- You design solutions, data model and integration architecture.
- You lead testing and coordinate testing with the client team and third parties.
You will have a current SAP SuccessFactors Certification for Recruitment Management, Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Onboarding implementations and have Agile implementation project experience
