Success Factors Consultant specialised in Recruitment and Onboarding to work with Business

  • 2 days a week for 3 months with possible extension
  • Melbourne CBD
  • Daily rate $750 - 800 (based on experience)


Required skills:

  • Design, develop, testing and implementation of the Recruitment and Onboarding module of the new HRIS System- SUCCESSFACTORS (SAP)
  • Work closely with recruitment, HR, payroll to understand requirements and process to work out the interface with SuccessFactors
  • Make recommendations for improvement in line with policies to deliver optimal solution
  • Document AS IS and To BE processes and change documentation required for the configuration
  • Provide advice to the project team for the Recruitment module configuration, testing and implementation
  • Document system processes for client and candidate training & support
  • Support change readiness activities and training development initiatives within recruitment
  • Liaise with Business and SI to capture requirements
  • Validate configuration
  • Write Test Scripts (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, PVT, etc), end to end iteration testing for recruitment team to raise defects. Update test scripts for UAT for key stakeholders including recruitment team
  • Need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to start ASAP
