About the role
Seeking a Senior SNOW Developer to help in new custom developments and maintenance of existing applications and integration with other external applications for our client.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test high quality functionality within the ServiceNow system to meet business needs within tight timeframes.
- Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures
- Develop business and functional requirements, specifications, use cases and interface designs
- Proactively assess the effectiveness of the ServiceNow systems and liaise closely with stakeholders to recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing appropriate solutions and controls within a ServiceNow solution.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow system environments with an ability to coordinate team development activities to collaboratively deliver quality outcomes within defined timeframes.
- Experience in business analytics, performance measurement and/or report design.
- Demonstrated effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, Jelly, HTML, SQL, CSS and/or integration technologies such as API and Web Services would be an advantage.
