Solution Designer/ Senior Systems Engineer

Initial contract till 31st Oct 2021 + possible extensions
Our clients are looking for experienced and committed Solution Designers/ Senior System Engineers to join their team.
High level duties of the role will be:
- Point of technical liaison between the Program Team and new cloud service providers and delivery partners
- Produce solution architectures as required
- Provide assurance that service providers are establishing capabilities to meet requirements of the business
- Contribute to the technical testing of capabilities
- Produce transition designs to ensure new platforms integrate with current information systems
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of the mobile app
- Own the mobile app initiative working as the coordination point between the users of the app and the teams that build and support the app
- Produce a mobile application architecture to support the project and future mobile platform delivery
- Produce platform and reference architectures that support the transition to digital service delivery channels
Criteria:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solution design/ architecture
- Knowledge and experience with complex transition and staged project implementations
- Extensive experience in solution design and mobile applications
- Knowledge and experience with interoperability, business analytics, portals and process automation
- Knowledge and experience with cloud architecture and SaaS/PaaS
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of data platforms and integration
- Knowledge of QGCDG/QGEA methodologies
- Ability to inform solutions to solve large scale, complex business problems with high resiliency, scalability, performance and concurrency requirements
