Our client is looking for highly skilled Engineer to integrate Genesys into their core network. They require the leadership and experience of an Engineer capable of high/low level solution design, network integration and hardware testing.
What you will work on:
- Systems integration, Solution dimensioning and configuration, Troubleshooting, Test planning, Testing, Technical support.
- Creating and implementing the detailed configuration to meet the requirements.
- Contributing to creating the implementation plans and the technical Infrastructure document as well the migration procedure, go live plans and rollback and disaster recovery procedures.
- Contribute to defining the test strategy and test cases for platform and product testing.
Essential Experience
- 10-12 years as a Telecommunication Engineer
- Strong integration of core networks
- CCNA
- Troubleshooting
- Firewall
- Routing
- Knows How SMS is delivered
- Voice integrations
- IP + Telecom
