Our client is looking for a Solution Architect with Cloud experience to join its team on a permanent basis. This is a strategic role responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise applications and networks.Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible for designing plans and selecting technologies to develop cloud-based architectures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategies to support future state architectures
- Align solution architectures to the business objectives and goals
- Develop architecture roadmaps and communicate them effectively
- Develop, document and communicate plans along with impact analysis and cost and risk reduction options
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the technology strategy
- Provide architectural guidance to the project team
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 4-5 Years as a Solution Architect
- 6 years software development experience
- Strong foundation of knowledge around cloud technologies (aws, azure)
- Experience with design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on aws
- Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills
- Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Excellent Communication Skills
