Our client a leader in its field is looking for an Infrastructure Architect to join its IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Align IT needs with the strategic direction of the enterprise
- Define critical organisation processes for governance, communications, and change management
- Plan, source and implement technological systems and platforms to support the business priorities
- Provide guidance and support to IT professionals and other staff within the organisation
- Oversee the technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Plan, monitor and review the activities of the IT team
- Motivate, mentor and provide leadership and guidance to reporting staff.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
