The Role:
Our client is embarking on an ambitious journey that will transform them into a lean, modern and sustainable ICT organisation. This is an exciting phase and will comprise multiple work streams operating in parallel. To ensure the success of the program, they are seeking highly capable, performance driven and solutions focussed Solution Architect.
The Solution Architect will be providing end to end design and integration for complex ICT solutions across the application landscape.
Skills and Attributes required:
- Proven experience in Solution Architect roles for 5+ years with industry qualification or degree.
- Experience with the implementation of cloud based technologies and applications
- Significant integration experience, including:
- the definition, design and implementation of integration into on-premise enterprise ERP applications
- knowledge of integration (on-premise and cloud based) platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO or equivalent products
- experience with integration products - API Management, REST API and Microservices.
- Experience managing multiple solution and option designs in response to identified business needs/business case development in an organisation with a significant capital program of work.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP application development and implementation approach, including ASAP methodology, Agile delivery methodologies, blueprint development, solution design, configuration, release management and implementation.
- Experience with technology product assessment and selection, and ability to contribute to all aspects of ICT procurement processes (e.g. RFI, RFP, response assessment, etc.)
- Strong communicating, negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to balance customer expectations against technology and resourcing constraints to achieve the best possible outcome.
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience within the utilities and metering industry.
