They operate within the Time and Attendance software solution space. Due to a significant increase in projects we now require a Software Implementation Consultant to join the team.
The responsibilities of the role revolves around successful end to end solution implementations.
- Requirement gathering and workshops with clients
- Technical/functional specification documentation
- Data analysis
- Deliver requirements into solution design
- Work close with technical teams - Developers, engineers etc
We seek a profile with exposure to workforce management solutions, ideally Kronos. We are really looking for someone whom is forward thinking, whom is customer service orientated and open to learning new software solution packages.
