As the Engineering Lead you will manage a small team of Software Engineers based in Sydney.
Your leaderships skills to manage, guide, train and develop the team is instrumental to the success of the contract.
Key skills and knowledge with system configuration management is highly desirable as you will also oversee a team of technicians in NSW and WA.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- A Degree in Software Engineering is Essential as is sound work experience with implementing a Software Development Process.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of C# and C++.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management and System Configuration Management are highly essential to your success in this role
- Previous work experience within the Defence Industry is Desirable yet not essential.
- Highly developed time management, organisation and planning skills are essential as you will need to manage a number of projects simultaneously
