Our client is an Innovative Global company looking for an experienced Software Developer to join their high performance team of Electrical Engineers.
Ideally you will have knowledge or experience across multiple languages - C#, C++, PHP, JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
- Experience managing Real-time applications using: JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET/MVC/WebApi, Node.JS, Visual Studio, Python, Avalonia, XAML
Experience using DevOps (CI/CD systems), AWS and Azure
- Liaise with the R&D team to ensure projects are completed in the correct time frame
- Updating existing software programs
- Researching and developing new software and applications
- Working with Product team to create developments for customers (bug fixes, customer requested features)
- Come up with new ideas and concepts and present to the relevant teams
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in Software Development/ Software Engineering or equivalent
- At least five years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in at least one of these disciplines:
- Operating System (Unix/Linux, Windows)
- Systems programming
- Network programming
Skills and Knowledge:
- Video imaging and processing
- Understanding of protocols - DMX, Artnet, sACN, Kinet
- Systems engineering and software development
- Agile development
- Languages: JavaScript, C#, Python, PHP, Bash scripting
