Seeking a Site Support Technician with 1st and 2nd level technical support experience for one of our clients in Brisbane, CBD.
Required Skills and experience
- 1st and 2nd level technical support experience
- Knowledge in hardware/software including (Laptops, tablets, mobile phones, M365 suite, Win 10, SCCM, bitlocker, Azure MFA)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
