Our client is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who can manage maintenance and reliability on their platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Incident management and response within a 24/7 environment and ensuring service level targets are met
- Enhancing system monitoring and observability
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing solutions and design toward self-healing, predictive analytics, and automatic alerting procedures
Skills and Experience:
- Experience operating in a multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS)
- Experience in working with monitoring systems
- Experience with data and log analytics process and workflow
- Experience working with ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
