Analyst, Site Reliability Engineer
The ideal candidate will be familiar with current technologies provided through Amazon Web Services or Azure. A focus will be placed on your ability to demonstrate an understanding of development practices, containers and microservice architectures.

Your key responsibilities will be
- Proactively analyse the platform to identify performance improvements that can be addressed by the Site Reliability Engineering team
- Develop internal team tooling to aid in the maintenance, performance and reliability of the platform
- Maintain and engineer performance improvements to existing cloud environments
- Improve current processes via automation to reduce manual effort
- Become a go to person for developers and service team members for troubleshooting
- Review logs and monitor using Splunk, AppDynamics and other tools
- Problem solve technical issues raised by customers both internal and external
- Join the on-call roster to provide out of hours technical support
- Work closely with developers, devops, and senior site reliability engineers to execute platform requirements and priorities
You will bring
- 3+ Experience working in development as either a software or devops engineer with AWS experience
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- An understanding of microservice architectures
- Experience working with AWS particularly EC2, ECS, VPC, Cloudwatch and Cloudformation
- Experience with scripting languages
- Ability to problem solve end to end across a technology stack
- Understanding of Agile practices and experience working in an agile environment
