This role is responsible for analysing, solution design, and coding for Adviser Knowledge Management, built on Siebel CRM application and PL/SQL, with a focus on using agile methodologies.
Accountabilities include:
- Analysing requirements, developing and delivering the solutions
- Maintain technical aspects of the system and ensure its performance and availability
- Analysis of data (including internal and external data)
- Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders (Project Sponsors, Senior Management, Architects, Developers, Consultancies, Other Divisions)
- Represent the team at workshops, presentations, and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the team
Key Deliverables:
- Conduct inceptions workshops with scrum team to provide business / consumer / technical content in to Features and User Stories
- Define Epics / Features
- Define User Stories
- Define Technical Stories
- Prepare technical documentation relating to:
- Siebel CRM
- Database(s)
- Data-mapping
It is expected that the successful incumbent will have the following qualifications and a minimum of 4 years' experience in:
- Experience as a Siebel CRM developer working on an online digital application
- Oracle database and PL/SQL
- UNIX scripting and Windows servers
- Understanding of digital solutions and ability to understand priority and logical ordering b/w Business requirements and technical dependencies
- Experience in working on integration between digital front-end and backend systems
