Peoplebank are looking for a SharePoint specialist to work in the Adelaide CBD for an immediate start (no remote working options available - so we can NOT consider interstate candidates).

This will be to work on an initial 4 month contract (with potential extensions).

    • Lead the consolidation of the SharePoint platform
      • Systematically prioritise and work through technical issues occurring at the holistic level
      • Roll out third party enhancement products "OnePlaceMail" and "OnePlaceDocuments" to help resolve current system limitations
      • Coach superusers on effective use of the system and on how best to promote team adoption
      • Troubleshoot individual issues as raised by superusers, which may involve short 1:1 interactions with staff who are struggling
      • Maintain a log of issues commonly faced, solutions to resolve, and design and execute a semi-formal program to upskill internal staff on how to maintain the system
      • Influence the system design towards better useability and maintainability, based on working closely with staff
      • Act as internal technical system expert for liaising with a significant concurrent project focussing on the introduction of Workflows (externally delivered)
    • Lead the market approach for a SharePoint based records management system
      • Prepare requirements documentation through consultation with staff

      • A strategic overview identifying essential components of the architecture at a high level - including some basic identification of areas where components may be "missing" compared to a standard vs a robust enterprise architecture
      • Knowledge consolidation at the more granular technical level, such as
        • Specific technical information such as IP addresses, access requirements, hardware specifications
        • Known risk or future requirements
        • Costing information
        • Support information
      • Business-focussed view identifying specific systems relied upon, and opportunities
