Peoplebank are currently recruiting for a SharePoint / Office 365 Application Analyst to work on a rolling 3 month contract, based in the Adelaide CBD.

In this role, you will undertake a range of systems development, configuration and integration work to support the work and enhance cross-team collaboration.

Skills and Experience required include:

  • Experience in supporting and configuring SharePoint Online / O365 / Power BI Platform. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience in corporate systems support environments and experience applying relevant ITIL service management processes, including coordinating external service provider support, configurations and enhancements.
  • Advanced Experience in SharePoint Online site administration and configuration (Forms Development, Workflow, Flow and Power Apps integration)
  • Conceptual understanding of SDLC to enable delivery of outcomes to customers.
  • Well-developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction and consultation skills, and a personal commitment to proactive customer service.
