This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented ServiceNow Developer to collaborate and complete development solutions to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions of assigned technology solutions for projects.
- Manage and coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, releases, patches & hot fixes across ServiceNow environments (Production, Development, Test, Sandpit & UAT) and ensure all environments are kept up to date.
- Create and manage interfaces in ServiceNow via SOAP, Web Services, Emails and Schedule loads for bi-directional communication with external applications like AO, Remedy and other ITSM suites.
- Developing business rules, client scripts (JavaScript), UI actions, form sections, and notification events to meet the new business requirements in ServiceNow.
- Assist and support testing activities (System, Integration and User Acceptance).
