The Role

Service now developer to provide expert development and project delivery through the Digital Automation Practice (DAP). These technical services focus on rapid digital solutions for workflows, digital forms and collaboration solutions due to the low-code/no-code nature of the relevant toolsets. The role will work closely with various Product Lines and Platform Leads to create and enhance these automation, workflow and collaboration applications.



Key Responsibilities

  • Experience as ServiceNow developer (3-5 years) on ITSM, CSM modules creating forms, workflows to automate business processes
  • Provide ServiceNow technical expertise, to configure the ServiceNow solutions in line with the proposed architecture and designs
  • Configure, code and script ServiceNow applications based on business requirements to facilitate rollout of new functionality, interfaces and modules.
  • Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators/developers to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
  • Experience in Scoped applications utilising ServiceNow Coding standards, using them develop, design and deploy applications on various environments
  • Deep technical skills with Service catalogue, Business rules, Resolver groups, ACLs and UI actionsExperience with HTML, CSS, Widgets development of scripts using various java script frameworks (Jelly, Angular and React) in ServiceNow context

Qualifications

  • A relevant Degree or extensive commercial experience
  • Certifications:
  • Certifications in Service Now
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Developer

Non-technical

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong skills to work in a team environment using SAFe agile methodology

Desirable

  • Experience in a Higher Education/Research environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow SaaS Paris/Quebec versions
