Service Now ITSM Specialist

About the Role:
Our client is a global client looking for Service Now ITSM Specialist who ServiceNow experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports creating the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption
- Ensures platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies
- Has ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow instances, the core platform team, and any escalations
- Presides over design configuration decisions to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with the platform design strategy
- Owner of the ServiceNow Demand Management Process and presides over the Demand Management and Capacity Management processes.
- Ensures compliance to contractual and license agreements ensuring that the platform meets all internal and external security and rick controls.
- Maintains ongoing engagement with ServiceNow via various customer forums to identify future capabilities due for release and potential ingestion into the ServiceNow Roadmap.
Key skills:
- Expertise in ITIL framework, IT Service Management (preferably to a manager's level).
- Managing integration between different tools/platforms.
- Process integration between different tools and partners.
