Our Client is a large Education and Training provider who require a Developer to design and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering technical solutions that are developed on the ServiceNow platform.
- Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery & ways of working.
- Configuration of CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM applications.
- Scripting of Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs.
Skills and experience:
- A strong understanding of Service Catalogue & Service Portal, Studio, Workflows and Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer.
- Experienced at configuration of CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM applications
- Experienced in Advanced scripting of Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs.
- Experienced with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs (Glide).
- Experience with Web Technologies like Angular JS, JavaScript and Web Services (SOAP, REST, JSON)
