Our client is seeking a capacity analyst to work in their enterprise services team. The team is responsible for service management across the company's largest clients. They provide a suite of voice, data and IT products and services to these clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Generate reports via drawing out information with excel and passing to a capacity manager
- Reports relate to network capacity
- Manipulate data in excel
- Download data and format
- Work in a service management area made up of change, capacity and problem teams
- Open to the level of candidate from entry, to semi experienced
- Could come from a service desk, reporting or capacity background or any background using excel to manipulate data
- Strong excel skills
- An understanding of telecommunications / IT
- Basic data manipulation skills
