Looking for a Service Desk Officer with experience in Service Desk Function and common desktop application products for one of our clients
Required Skills and experience
- Experience working in a Service Desk Function and providing subject matter expertise
- Uses customer insights to continually improve Digital Products and Services
- Experience with deployment and configuration scripts on a Microsoft platform
- Deploy software installation packages using scripts and packaging tools
