Service Desk Officer
- At least 2+ years and above working in an IT Service Desk.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
- Experience working collaboratively in a large IT environment, with multi-disciplined teams.
- Experience in using Service Desk software Toolsets, based on ITIL principles.
- Expeirence with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory
- Experience working within a multi-domain Microsoft-based IT environment.
- Understanding of System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other Software Deployment Software tools.
- Formal qualification in IT (Microsoft Certified Professional - MCP, TAFE or University qualifications).
ITIL Foundations Training or higher.
