Service Desk Officer

  • At least 2+ years and above working in an IT Service Desk.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a large IT environment, with multi-disciplined teams.
  • Experience in using Service Desk software Toolsets, based on ITIL principles.
  • Expeirence with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Experience working within a multi-domain Microsoft-based IT environment.
  • Understanding of System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other Software Deployment Software tools.

Desirable

  • Formal qualification in IT (Microsoft Certified Professional - MCP, TAFE or University qualifications).

ITIL Foundations Training or higher.
