A highly reputed mining organisation based in Perth CBD is currently seeking a highly competent Service Desk Engineer for a 6-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact in a Microsoft environment
- Experience with service desk ticketing systems
- Creation and deletion of user accounts in SAP, Lync Enterprise, Airwatch, Microsoft
- Experience with building PCs
Essential Skills:
- Experience working in a Busy Desk (high workloads/volumes)
- Microsoft OS (Windows 10, Office 365)
- ServiceNow ticketing systems is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
