Our Client

A highly reputed mining organisation based in Perth CBD is currently seeking a highly competent Service Desk Engineer for a 6-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact in a Microsoft environment
  • Experience with service desk ticketing systems
  • Creation and deletion of user accounts in SAP, Lync Enterprise, Airwatch, Microsoft
  • Experience with building PCs

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working in a Busy Desk (high workloads/volumes)
  • Microsoft OS (Windows 10, Office 365)
  • ServiceNow ticketing systems is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
