With on site parking off St Kilda road, we are looking for a good level 2 support person who has had a little experience in leadership to take on a team coordinator role with a managed services provider.
This team has a fun culture and we need someone who is highly organised to work together with the team and their clients.
Skills Required
- 3 years experience in a Level 1\2 client facing support role
- Coordination\team leading experience highly rated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, polite phone manner and a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent demonstrated troubleshooting skills
- Must have work in a SLA driven environment
- proficient in the following technologies: Active Directory, VMware, Exchange, MS Server, firewalls, basic routing and switching and O365.
