Our client is seeking an experienced customer service Consultant to join their Support team. The team is responsible for analysing the life cycle of the company's products and forecasting demand, with the aim of providing insight into how they do things to satisfy their customers.

The role:

  • Have devices ready and configured in time the company's Government and Enterprise clients
  • Work with physical devices and physically stage them for both companies
  • Configure, set up and optimize mobile devices with customer specific information
  • To work on several projects based on business requirements
  • Inspect, provision, verify and deploy mobile devices for clients considering the time to install applications, activating software and configure for network

The candidate:

  • Experience with mobile technologies, specifically connected devices
  • May have background with mobile devices - Tablets or mobile handsets
  • May have telecommunications experience but not essential
  • Ability to work towards the goals and a target driven environment
  • Collaborative and encourage a positive working environment
  • Permanent Residency or Citizen
