Peoplebank are currently recruiting for an awesome company, based in the Adelaide CBD who are looking to add a talented Service Desk professional to their team on an initial 3-month duration.

To be successful in this IT Service Desk Analyst role, you will have:
- Providing 1st level support client across state.
- ICT Support, demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines, work under pressure with minimal supervision, determine priorities, plan and organise work and maintain accuracy
- Taking significant responsibility for the Users service experience and consistently striving to deliver high quality ICT support.
Skills and Experience required
- Prior experience working on a IT Service Desk role.
- Phone based support for customers with strong focus on first call resolution.
- Excellent communication skills required
- Dynamic, and works well in a team. Awesome problem-solving skills, with first rate customer service mindset.
- General ITIL oriented focus role. ITIL training / experience would be good, but not essential.
