Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Level 1 / Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to provide incident and service request support within an ITIL framework. Within this role you will also provide desktop support including hardware maintenance, replacement and remote site support and asset management and auditing.
This is a rapid starting contract opportunity until the end of June 2019, requires candidates to have an active Federal Government Security Clearance and will be located at our Client's Canberra CBD Office.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 12 months in the provision of L1 and L2 Service Desk deliverables
- Strong client liaison and problem resolution skills
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Windows 7, Office 2010, Citrix, Active Directory and smart devices
- The ability to provide examples of procedural documentation highly desirable
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently possess a Federal Government Security Clearance.
