Become an Support Desk Analyst for our client who support disability employment, long-term job seekers and general employment services.

About this Role

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support in a large corporate environment
  • Work with the latest technologies in the Microsoft enterprise stack (Windows 10, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune UEM)
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership on support requests, providing regular updates to stakeholders until resolution
  • Monitor & report on status of critical systems, escalating to senior team members when required
  • Remain security-focused & champion established security policies
  • Create, review, and distribute documentation for common support requests and known issues
  • Be part of a dynamic & diverse global IT team, supporting staff that help enable better lives


We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience with the Microsoft enterprise stack
  • A passion for customer service
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Understanding of ITIL methodology
