Become an Support Desk Analyst for our client who support disability employment, long-term job seekers and general employment services.
About this Role
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support in a large corporate environment
- Work with the latest technologies in the Microsoft enterprise stack (Windows 10, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune UEM)
- Ensure end-to-end ownership on support requests, providing regular updates to stakeholders until resolution
- Monitor & report on status of critical systems, escalating to senior team members when required
- Remain security-focused & champion established security policies
- Create, review, and distribute documentation for common support requests and known issues
- Be part of a dynamic & diverse global IT team, supporting staff that help enable better lives
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience with the Microsoft enterprise stack
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Understanding of ITIL methodology
