Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Perth CBD team.
- Must have at least 2 + years experience
- Working experience in an enterprise level technical position supporting Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Exchange and AD
- Experience in supporting over 2000 users
- Strong experience with ticketing systems, "ServiceNow" would be ideal
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Providing L1/2 remote support via phone, email and remote access to external clients
- Responding to our client's initial request and resolving issues within a suitable timeframe
- Monitoring daily processes and procedures such as backup monitoring and event log monitoring
- Undertake maintenance and administrative activities
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, managing customer expectation and satisfaction
- Identify issues and guiding customers to enable self-help for future issues
