Our federal government client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Perth CBD team. The role will be a 12-month contract and an NV1 Security Clearance is required.
- Provide first line technical support for end users
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Manage ticket and record information in Service Management tool
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Escalate issues as necessary
- NV1 Security Clearance
- Experience in an IT support role
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- MS products (Active Directory, Exchange, 365)
- MS Office deployment and troubleshooting experience
