Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Perth CBD team. The role will be an initial 3-month contract with strong possibility of extension.



Skills/Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 + years experience
  • Working experience in an enterprise level technical position supporting Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Exchange and AD
  • Experience in supporting over 2000 users
  • Strong experience with ticketing systems, "ServiceNow" would be ideal
  • Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Providing L1/2 remote support via phone, email and remote access to external clients
  • Responding to our client's initial request and resolving issues within a suitable timeframe
  • Monitoring daily processes and procedures such as backup monitoring and event log monitoring
  • Undertake maintenance and administrative activities
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, managing customer expectation and satisfaction
  • Identify issues and guiding customers to enable self-help for future issues
